What's the catch?
To be eligible for this campaign, your residential HDB or Condo must be valued at less than $1.5 Million, and an exclusive agreement to sell and purchase will be required for the assigned agent.

What happens if my property remains unsold after 90 days?
If your property remains unsold after 90 days, we will fully refund the $150 listing fee under our 90-day money-back guarantee policy.
I can't obtain the M-value for my property. Can I still join this campaign?
In rare cases where we do not have enough information to produce the M-value for your property, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to enhancing our services and aim to provide you with the best possible experience.
I want to sell my property at above $1.5 Million, but I have already paid $150 listing fee
If you wish to sell your property at above $1.5 Million, please note that the $150 listing fee will be refunded to you. In addition, we'll refer you to the agent services* where our partner agencies can offer you further assistance with your sale.
